CheckMe is a very simple to-use password script (yet powerful), which lets you password protect many of your webpages. You may include an infinite number of people with different passwords and keep them in groups. It also logs every login into a log file. A great Admin Tool comes with this package!

Then, for all of you who decide not to register our scripts, we DON'T offer ANY support for you anymore. The reason behind this, is that many of our customers would then have to get slower service, and that would be unfair to them. So in order to provide our clients with the fastest service as well as with the highest quality, we decided to do what we did. However, if it is a mass-problem (many people/same problem), we'll reply. The forums are still open to those who are willing to help others.
All forums are accessible through forums.html.
In order to use these scripts on any commercial website, you or your business don't have to register this script.
If you wonder what you can do to support the development of future scripts or the improving of the current scripts, then one of many things that you can do is to register the scripts for $20 .
For individuals and businesses that wish to receive technical support of a script, must register.
NO script can be used for development purposes. In other words, you are not permitted to implement any script that is made by StepWeb, in your own scripts.
Manuals (F.A.Q.s) will be worked on for all Free Scripts. They will be accessible to everyone through our website.
All of our scripts have been programmed for UNIX Operating Systems. If you are running NT, we are not sure if our scripts will run.

MessageBulletin is a very neat Message Board, that prints out on a Main Board From whom To whom, a Subject and Time, and what Priority it has. When a Message is entered, it prints out a new, seperate file which gets linked to the Main Board. Supports threads and optional monthly expiration. Great for webmasters that like easy-to-use discussion forums.

MicroNet is a very useful script to people that want to show different material to a visitor depending on what browser (s)he uses. This script can also be used as a redirection script, depending on how you call it. A great editor is included which allows you to customize redirections based on what MIME type is displayed. This is a great tool for any content-based action.

SWS stands for StepWeb Search. This is a search program, that can find one or more words in a flat file database where URLs have been submitted, and then prints out the results very neatly. It has neat features, that will make this search engine appear very professional! If you are in need of a fast search engine with a great administration tool, you will love this one.

Counter is a script that will count every visitor to your website. This counter shows the result or number of hits in text and not images. To call this script, you will need to be able to run SSI scripts. The script has been modified to being able to handle multiple hits at a time. A great new addition allows the counter to track daily hits and reset the counter daily (while tracking the total hits).

GuestPost is a neat Guestbook for you to use. If your {REMOTE_HOST} has been blocked, this script will detect the IP's address as if it wasn't blocked. This guestbook can be fancy or simple. AutoMail is available for free from our archive. This script allows you to send the same e-mail to a list of many e-mail addresses (your mailing list). But the recipients of the e-mail will get the impression that the e-mail was written only to them individually. This is accomplished by personalizing the e-mail with this wonderful script, using tags that are available to you through an editor.

BanEx is a random image displayer, that shows a banner with a link. It's to be used on your website only, but you can use it to start a Banner Exchange. In order to start a professional Banner Exchange, you'd be better off, by purchasing our BanEx Pro. BanEx doesn't need SSI but uses Cookies. It keeps count of the click-thru's as well! Fake AutoResponder is a simulated e-mail AutoResponder. This is maybe the best script next to the "real thing". It offers great flexibility as well as unlimited autoresponders. Reciprocator is a neat script that will allow you to keep track of where people come from to your site - even if you don't have access to standard log files! FormiT is a script that takes whatever form you have, and when it submits, then you get the form by e-mail. You can specify which input boxes are to be required and which ones are optional. It also, checks so that no one can submit your form from another server. Try it!
